Cancellation, Refund and Dispute Policy

This Cancellation, Refund, and Dispute Policy governs the terms under which customers may cancel their subscriptions, request refunds, or submit disputes related to Latch services provided by Sparknight, LLC (“Sparknight,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellation options for all Latch subscription services. Customers may cancel their monthly subscription at any time through the following methods:

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your access to the Latch API and/or development services will be revoked. No further charges will be applied after cancellation is processed.

2. Refund Policy

No Refunds: All payments made for Latch services, including the Business Maintenance Place and the Premium Business Development Plan. Due to the nature of digital software access and development services, we do not offer prorated refunds or partial reimbursements for unused portions of a subscription period.

Customers are responsible for canceling their subscription before the next billing cycle if they wish to discontinue service.

3. Dispute and Complaint Resolution

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a complaint regarding our services, you may submit a dispute by contacting us through the following methods:

We will review and respond to all disputes or complaints within three (3) business days. If a billing error is found on our end, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.

4. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny future service. Fraudulent chargebacks or misuse of payment dispute mechanisms may result in legal action or additional fees to recover costs incurred by Sparknight.

5. Policy Updates

Sparknight reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
